Emailing and Printing Diagrams in Visio 2003

You can either email your visio diagrams or print them on paper to distribute them or share them.

Emailing a Diagram

1. You can attach the Visio diagram as a file to email it.
2. You can copy and paste the Visio diagram in the body of the email if you are using Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.

Printing a Visio Diagram

You can print a Visio Diagram just like you print any other document from your computer. Visio allows you to preview a diagram before printing a diagram, it can be previewed by selecting File > Print Preview from the main menu.
