Position of Graphics and text
You can adjust the margins around text to give more space between it and the objects around it.
1. To change the Margins around Text in an Auto Shape or Text Box,
- Click the Auto Shape or Text Box whose margins you want to change.
- Click Format > AutoShape or Text Box > Text Box tab.
- Under the Internal margin option, adjust the measurements to increase or decrease the distance between the text and the object.
Note: If text is clipped or not visible after you adjust the spacing, you can make the text box or AutoShape larger by dragging a sizing handle.
