Grouping Objects in PowerPoint
Grouping objects allows you to take different elements e.g., graphics, charts etc. (but NOT text) and attach them to each other. This way you can work with multiple objects as if they were one. Grouping does not affect the physical placement of the object
To group objects:
1. Insert a clipart and a chart in a slide.
2. Select both.
3. Press Shift as you click on the objects.
4. Press Ctrl and right-click the mouse.
5. Select Grouping > Group. PowerPoint groups the objects into a single object.
To ungroup objects:
1. Select the object you want to ungroup.
2. Right-click the mouse.
3. Select Grouping > Ungroup. PowerPoint ungroups the object.
