Graphs

Using the menus and buttons of MS Graph program you can modify the chart. For example, you might want to change the chart type from pie to column, make the text larger, or add new colors, and so on.
Creating a Chart
1. On the Insert menu, click Chart.
2. To replace the sample data, click a cell on the datasheet, and then type the information you want.
3. To return to the slide, just click outside the chart.
Tip: Microsoft PowerPoint comes with slide layouts that include placeholders for charts. To create a new slide by using one of these layouts, click New Slide on the Insert menu, and then select one of the layouts that contain a chart placeholder.
To edit data for a chart created in Microsoft PowerPoint with Microsoft Graph:
1. In PowerPoint, double-click the chart where you want to edit and input data.
2. Switch to the datasheet.
3. If the datasheet is not visible, click View Datasheet to display it.
4. Click a cell.
5. Type the text or numbers you want.
6. To return to the slide, again click outside the chart or datasheet.
