Create a Photo Album
To insert photographs in your presentation, you can use the Photo Album feature. When creating, changing, or updating a photo album, you can choose from the following options to give your photo album a unique look.
Select various layouts and frames
Add captions
Apply design templates
Add text boxes in combination with layouts to create custom designs
Display pictures in black and white
The photo album can be sent as an attachment in an e-mail message, publishing it to the Web, or printing it.
Click Insert > Picture > New Photo Album.
In the Photo Album dialog box, add the pictures you want to appear in your photo album.
Add a Picture from a File or Disk
Click Insert picture > File/Disk.
Locate the folder or disk that contains the picture you want to add to your photo album
Click the picture file
Click Insert.
Add a Picture from a Scanner or Camera
Click Insert picture > Scanner/Camera.
If you have more than one device attached to your computer, click Device
Select the device you want to use.
Do one of the following
If you want to use a scanner to add a picture, place the picture in your scanner,
Click Web Quality or Print Quality
Click Insert to scan the picture.
OR
If you want to use a digital camera or Web camera to add a picture,
Click Custom Insert
Follow the instructions that come with the device you're using.
