Master Slides and Slide Views
As we wrap-up this activity, you might want to give the final touches to your PowerPoint presentation. You could start with the outline view.

- Outline view
- As you have learned beforehand, the outline view is like editing the text in the word processor without bothering about the clutter of graphics and formatting of slides.
- Slide Sequence and Text Effects
- At certain point, you might want to change the sequence of slides or add certain text effects. The following are the methods to achieve it.
- Dimming text after an animation
- Dimming is one of the effects you can set to occur after an animation is complete.
- Change the Sequence of Animations
- A big part of setting up animations is adjusting their order.
- Transitions between slides
- You can add animated transitions between all of your slides.
- Hiding and Showing Slides
- If, after review, you feel that some slides may not be required. Then, you could use the Hide Slide feature of PowerPoint.
- Modifying Notes
- For some additional notes that you have just thought of, you may type them in the current slide in the notes pane.
- More Colors and effects
- Here are some more color settings and effects you can apply to your slides.
- Printing Slides
- Once you are satisfied with your presentation, you probably want to take a print out of the slides. Here is how you should it:
