Liquify Filters
This is the most fun tool in Photoshop which can do some weird things to your images.
The Liquify Filters allows you to mold the image like putty so that you can change facial expressions and do some downright weird things to the images. To do this open the image, select Filter > Liquify. Select the push tool. Push the beak up and the eye up and create a funny looking effect.

Freeze tool helps you protect and freeze portions of the image so that they are not distorted with the rest of the image. To use this select the freeze tool. Paint around the beak to preserve the shape of the beak. Use the push tool to alter the feathers. Make other changes.
Using the Bloat and Pucker tools
Open the image in Photoshop. Choose Filter > Liquify > Bloat tool. Click on the beak and hold down as it grows. Effect of Bloat tool on the beak
