Create Custom Shapes

You can create custom shapes using paths.

To create custom shapes, the first thing is a path that you need to work with.

Open an image that has path or create one. Click the path thumbnail in the paths palette. Select edit > Define Custom shape. Type in the name in the dialog box.

Click ok. The custom shape will appear in the library

Activity: Create some interesting custom shapes and apply these to an image as a path, shape layer or fill pixels.
