If you can afford it, buying wholesale is usually the best route to take, so long as you know the item will sell. Most companies will sell you items wholesale if you purchase a specific number of that item. For example, if you would like to sell binoculars, and their regular price is $24.99, the company may offer a wholesale price of $14.99 if you purchase at least 20 or if you buy at least a certain dollar amount such as $300. Each company has their own wholesale rules, so if it is not listed on their site, contact them and they should be able to provide you with the information. So you see here, their wholesale price is .50 cents if you purchase 60 books. And the SRP (Suggested Retail Price) is $7.95, so that's a profit of $7.45 on each book. Wholesale prices usually also require a minimum purchase amount, and for example, currently for this company the minimum wholesale order is $100. So you would have to purchase $100 worth of merchandise to receive the wholesale price. This is just an example, there are literally millions and millions of producst to choose from on the Internet, with something for everyone!

In this example, you purchase the watch for $20 and the suggested price is $125. This company actually does not have a minimum order amount, so you could buy 1 or 100, your wholesale price would be the same. I would recommend if you do plan on ordering in large amounts, that you ask if they give an additional discount for large orders; it never hurts to ask!
