Importing Addresses
You can also import your old electronic addressbook from other formats or from another Outlook account. This guide will show you how it is done.
You can import addresses to your Contact folder which have been stored in some other format as a vCard file , for instance, Netscape Mail, or even an excel spreadsheet or other database.
2. Elizabeth knows that she can update her Contact list anytime by importing addresses which are stored in any other format like a vCard file, excel spreadsheet etc. To do so choose File > Import/Export.
The Import export Wizard dialog box opens. Choose one of the several actions given in the wizard to locate the specific file.
The option of replacing any duplicates that turn up with the imported data, allowing duplicates to be created etc exist.
