Email Stationery

You can use, create, or customize your own email stationary in Outlook.

The email stationery is similar to the paper stationery that provides a special background for the messages. The background contains images, colors, text and textures.

Elizabeth uses HTML message format to include fonts, bullets, background color, horizontal lines, images, and other design elements in the outgoing e-mail messages. To do this.

  • Choose from a predefined list of stationery, or
  • Modify one of the patterns in the list to suit your needs.
  • Create new stationery or download it from the Web.

Let us see each of these one by none

To create a new message using HTML and stationery select Actions > New Mail Message using > More stationery.

Select from the list of stationery available. You can get more stationery for additional options.

You can set both format and the stationery at one time. To do this select Tools > Options > Mail Format tab. From the drop down list set the format and the default stationery.

To change the stationery Select Actions> New mail message using > More stationery from the menu. To edit the stationery select the stationery from the stationery picker and click edit.

The edit stationery box opens .

To create new stationery click the new button in the stationery picker.

Name the stationery and continue with the wizard to create new stationery.

The next dialog box is the edit stationery box where you complete the same choices. You can also use themes as stationery. To do so open the message in HTML or RTF format. Click the arrow to the right of the options button > choose stationery > Personal stationery tab > Theme.

The theme dialog box opens. Select from the list and click Ok.
