Customizing Forms
Outlook lets you design and customize your own forms. Use this guide to learn how it is done
You can enter information using a form for each information item. If the forms do not meet your needs you can customize them.
To open a Form for customizing open the existing Form. Choose Tools > Form > Design a Form.
The form window opens and includes new menu items, toolbars and tabs. You can use all of these to design and shape your custom form.
Working with form pages.
In addition to the standard prefab pages, an Outlook form has five customizable pages. These are labelled as P.2, P.3 and so on. These are in parenthesis indicating that these are hidden when you are using the form in normal use.
You can click on the tab to display a page as a blank grid on which you can place new fields and buttons.
Special Design Mode Pages
There are two tabs for the pages that are exclusive for the design process.

Actions enable you to add to the form a command that automatically opens another form.
