Create and Modify views

This guide will show you hpw to work with the different available view options in Outlook.

You can create new views and modify existing views in Outlook.

Having learnt about the types of modules, views and the various toolbars let us see how Elizabeth creates and modifies different views.

To Create a View

On the View menu select Arrange by > Current View > Define Views.

The custom view organizer dialog box opens. Click New and type in the name of new view box. Select the View type and an option under which it can be used on. Click OK.

The Customize View: New view dialog box opens. The view summary dialog box contains buttons that in turn display the dialog boxes for specific customizing functions, such as Group by, sort, filter etc.

Select the fields and click OK.

The new view appears under the View name. To use the view immediately, click Apply View.
