Configure Journal and Journal entries

Your journal can be configured and customized according to your preferences. This guide will show you how.

Besides the timeline views, you can use specific fonts for different periods of timelines, specify the size of the item labels and chose whether to display these or not using the Journal.

To configure a Journal right click and select other settings from the pop up menu.

The format timeline view box opens.

The upper scale Font is for the top line in the journal which shows the daily view, weekly and monthly views.

The lower scale font is for the second line which shows the hours of the day or the day and date.

The third button i.e. the Item font is for the group headings and the individual journal items.

To set the options select any font button. Select the font, style and the size. Click ok.

To show the number of the week, check the show week numbers checkbox. The bottom panel is for the label handling options.

To add Journal entries drag the item onto the journal icon on the Outlook bar. The Journal entry form appears. Enter the data accordingly.

The start timer button is to start tracking the call.The pause timer button is used when the call is finished. Select the duration as 0 minutes if you want to reset the timer to zero.To finish click the save and close button.

To edit Journal entries right click the existing entry. Select the open journal entry from the pop-up menu.

The same journal entry form opens and you can change the data
