Add and reorganize fields
Learn how to use the field chooser to personally customize forms in Outlook.
You can add a field and reorganize the fields using the Filed chooser.
Let's see how Elizabeth adds and reorganize the fields in a view. To add a field you need the Field chooser. To display the field chooser right-click the column header and select from the shortcut menu.
The field chooser dialog box opens.
Drag the desired field to the column heading area.
You can also add new fields to the folder.
