Case Study: Making a Business Card with Word

Using Word, you can also create your business card.

For this feature,

  1. Click Tools > Envelopes And Labels on the menu bar.
  2. Click Options on the Labels tab.
  3. Click Avery Standard in the Labels Product list.
  4. Click the type of Avery label you are using, such as 5371, 5372, 5376, or 5377 in the Product Number list, and click OK.
  5. Enter the address information for the business card in the Address area.
  6. Print your business card.

Tip: To print a single business card at a specific location on the sheet of labels, follow these steps in the Envelopes and Labels dialog box:

  1. Click Print > Single Label.
  2. Type the row and column for the print location of the card on the sheet of labels.
  3. Click Print.

To print an Entire Sheet of Business Cards,

  1. Click Print > Full page of the same label.
  2. Click Print.
