Case Study: Making a Business Card with Word
Using Word, you can also create your business card.
For this feature,
- Click Tools > Envelopes And Labels on the menu bar.
- Click Options on the Labels tab.
- Click Avery Standard in the Labels Product list.
- Click the type of Avery label you are using, such as 5371, 5372, 5376, or 5377 in the Product Number list, and click OK.
- Enter the address information for the business card in the Address area.
- Print your business card.
Tip: To print a single business card at a specific location on the sheet of labels, follow these steps in the Envelopes and Labels dialog box:
- Click Print > Single Label.
- Type the row and column for the print location of the card on the sheet of labels.
- Click Print.
To print an Entire Sheet of Business Cards,
- Click Print > Full page of the same label.
- Click Print.
