Openning an Existing Database
After showing Michael how to edit a table, George tells him how to open an existing Database and navigate it.
1. In the dialogue box that opens when you launch MS-Access, select Open an Existing File.
OR
2. Click Open on the database toolbar.
3. Select Open > the desired database name.
You can access the record navigation buttons in the Datasheet View and go to the first or the last record in a table, next or previous record, or even a specific record.
