Editing Data in a Table
Editing data in a table is as easy as entering the data.
1. Open the table in Datasheet View.
2. Click on any field in the table to position an insertion point in the field.
OR
3. Double click any word or number in a field to select it.
4. Make the changes in the data.
5. Click a different record to save the changes.
6. To delete a record, select the record to be deleted.
7. Click the delete record button on the toolbar.
8. Select Yes.
9. The selected record is deleted.
