Here we briefly cover how to open MS Access and show you the main screen.

To run MS-Access on your computer,

1. Go to the Start button on the task bar. Click the left mouse button.

2. Move the pointer to Programs. You will notice that another menu will appear to the right.

3. Locate Microsoft Access on the Microsoft Office menu and click on it.

The MS-Access window opens up.
