We all need a reason to celebrate, but sometimes we can just celebrate without any "reasonable" reasons. For example, it can be a smile delivered by strangers on the bus, it can be the rainbow hanging on the crystal-clear sky after storm, it can be a funny commercial showing on the billboard or it can be discounted sales in the mall… enough for us to celebrate.

And now, something else can be added to this celebration – the "$20 Off" promotion of Moyea SWF Converter Series. If accidently you are a flash- holic, that could be a fiesta!

I am based in the uk and I would like to know what I am supposed to charge people for tax. is this based on my location or the customers? If its the customers the wouldn't I have to pay the IRS the money I take for TAX. this can work out quite complicated if I have to pay the government for the country I sell to. really confusing subject and I cannot find any information that explains this clearly.
The logical way I imagine (hope) this is done is the first one I mentioned. I pay tax for the product inrelation to the country I purchased it from, then whoever buys from me will pay the tax in relation to the country I am from.
