We have cut and paste pieces of a document containing numbered endnotes from a long Word Perfect document into a (longer!) MS word document also containig numbered endnotes. The endnote numbers did not, however, reformat themselves to be numbered in the right sequence, which has left us a mess in the document and the endnotes. Is there a way to reformat the endnotes to be renumber in the correct sequence without having to start from the beginning and converting the Word Pefect document into a MS word doc and re-doing all the copying and pasting?
