It can be possible if your word document is uploaded or on Intranet. It cannot be possible if you are using Home PC. If you have uploaded to your site other online work station then with a little data base working, it would be possible for other group members to view the changes.
Is it possible to set up a word document in such a way that an email is send to a group of recipients to warn them that the document has been changed?
