How do I backup all personal changes done in WORD, such as toolbars, macros ets.?

I understand these are kept in the Normal.dot, but I could'nt find a file named
Normal.dot anywhere in my computer.

And once I have backed up these changes, How do I restore them when they are lost,
or when moving to a new environment?
