I am trying to index a coodbook using MS Word 2003. I know how to index the whole book and get it to appear in alphabetical order, but what I need to do is have have the book indexed by sections (for instance: appetizers, soups and salads, main dishes, etc.). Then I need the pages relating to each of those sections to be alphabetized within the section.
Do you know how I could do that?
