Workbook
Here we go over Opening and saving workbooks.
Before starting his work, Sean decides to save the workbook.
An Excel file is also called a workbook. It is the file in which you work and store your data.
To open a new workbook
1.Click File > New
2.Or, click on this icon
To save a new workbook
1.Click File > Save.
A dialog box will open.
2.Type Class9_results and save the file to the desired location.
3.The file will be saved as Class9_results.xls.
