Shipping

• Once you receive the payment, you will need to ship the item. If you have any questions, such as needing to confirm the shipping address, contact the buyer. You will receive all the buyer's contact and shipping information needed from eBay. Once you have shipped the item, come back to the "Items I've Sold" section and mark the item as shipped. Click the drop down box in the same row as the item and under the Action column choose "Mark as Shipped".

• You should now see the gray box turn blue in the shipping column indicating you have shipped the item. If you chose to ship the item through eBay, the customer will be notified

• The buyer may contact you regarding tracking the shipment, so make sure you respond in a timely manner.
