Responding to Buyer's Questions
Common queries from prospective buyers
While your listing is active, buyers may have questions and may send you an email. To respond to their questions:

Click on the Respond Now button in the email to open the Respond to Questions page.

Using My eBay. Go to My eBay, and under Items I’m Selling, under # of Questions, click the number displayed.

If it's a question you think others might have, when sending the email choose "Post this question and response on my listing so all buyers can see it", which should be a choice towards the end of the page. This will post it on your listing page for others to see.
- Make sure you are prompt when answering buyer's questions. They may be looking at a similar item and decided to bid on the other item if they do not receive a timely response from you.
Note: You'll only be able to answer a question once. If you have already answered a question and want to send another response, please use eBay's email forwarding system.
