My Summary

There are two places that show "My Summary", one on the left-hand navigation panel and one in the middle of the page. The one on the left contains links as the one in the middle gives you a quick visual overview of your account, bids and alerts. First we'll look at the "My Summary" in the middle of the page.

• The top shows your username and then the number of feedback ratings you have received, with your status next to it.
• The next section will show any alerts you have. These are things you want to take a look at, they are usually things that need your attention asap
• The Buying Reminders show your recent bidding history, in this example you will see it shows I've been outbid on one item. This way you can easily go back and rebid if you want to.
• My Messages also shows your alerts and any other messages. The other messages are like email messages.

• The "Items I'm Watching" section is where we added an item that we weren't ready to bid on yet, but wanted to keep an eye on.
• The next section shows an overview to your bidding history including how many you're bidding on, how many you're winning and what the total cost will be if you win all the items you're bidding on as well as what you've won in the last 31 days.

• Now let's look at the "My Summary" on the left side. You can either click on an individual choice or click on "All Buying" to see everything in this view.

• You will see alot of the same information here such as the alert and the items you are watching. Notice that in the "Items I'm Watching" you have a choice to Bid Now as well as other choices such as viewing the seller's store.

• The next section will show the "Items I'm Bidding On". This is where you can keep track of what you are bidding on along with the time left, the shipping info, your max bid and the current price. You will also have options to "Bid Now" if you have been outbid as well as contact the seller.

• The next section shows the "Items I Made Best Offers On","Items I've Won", "Items I Didn't Win" and "Past Purchases".

• At the bottom of the page, if you have any favorites, they will be listed here.
