How to leave feedback
Feedback is an important part of the whole eBay process. This is how you gain your reputation as a reputable buyer and sellers gain their reputation by the feedback you leave. So make sure you leave feedback for the seller after you receive the item. Keep in mind that feedback is permanent so if you have a problem with your item, contact the seller before leaving any negative feedback. Leaving negative feedback should be your LAST resort. We will go over what your options are for resolution if you have a problem in a later chapter.
- To leave feedback, click on the Feedback link under "My Account"
- When you go to the feedback page, any items that are waiting for feedback will be listed here. In the screenshot there are no items listed, but you will have items listed once you complete your purchase.

To leave feedback, click the “Leave Feedback” link. The Leave Feedback page opens.

Enter the Rating and any comments for your trading partner.

Click the Leave Feedback button.
To View Feedback you received:

From My eBay, click the “Feedback” link under My Account.

Optional: To view only the feedback you received from buyers, click the From Buyers tab.

Optional: To view only the feedback you received from sellers, click the From Sellers tab.
