Feedback

You can choose to leave feedback for the buyer once you have shipped the item, however remember that feedback is permanent. It is suggested to wait until the transaction is final and the item has been received. Some sellers even wait until the buyer leaves feedback, but it is up to you as on the flip side, some buyers won't leave feedback until the seller does. Here is a chart showing the different icons for feedback:

• To leave feedback, visit the "Items I've Sold" section and choose "Leave Feedback" under the Actions column for that item.
• A new window will open with the feedback options. Below is a screenshot of some typical feedback left:

REMEMBER- Feedback is final, so don't write something you will regret! Try resolution dispute by the means discussed earlier before leaving negative feedback. You will be able to leave feedback for 90 days.
