Contacting the Seller

How to contact the Seller

You may need to contact the seller for many different reasons. You could have a question about an item you bid on, or have a question to ask before you bid on it, including condition, price, shipping or anything you want more information on. To contact the seller, go to the item you would like to contact them on and scroll down to where it says "Meet the seller" which is usually on the right side. Click on "Ask seller a question"

When you click on "Ask the seller a question" it will take you to a screen where you can send a message to the seller. This message will include your contact information, the listing information and whatever information that you type into the box where it says "Enter your question here". There are also two checkboxes above the send button that give you a choice to hide your email address as well as send a copy of your email to yourself. If you would like to choose these options, click in the box next to them to add a check. When you are finished, click on send and an email will be sent to the seller.
