Buyer Requirements and Refund Policy
Understanding refund policies
- The next section allows you to set restrictions against anyone that you do not want to bid on your items. You can click on "Change buyer requirements", however, you may want to leave the settings as they are. For example, someone from Germany wouldn't be able to bid on and win your item because you are not offering shipping there. And anyone that has received negative feedback will not be able to bid as well, as they may very well be non-paying buyers!
- Next is your refund policy. It's always good to make your refund policy clear to buyers ahead of time so there is no confusion. What you list as your refund policy is completely up to you, just make sure whatever you write, that you are comfortable with it as you will be expected to uphold it. You will see a customized return policy in the screenshot below.
- There is also a section below refunds for additional checkout information. This is where you would state what your requirements are for personal checks, how long before you will ship the item and any other pertinent information regarding purchases, refunds and payment.
